Blog 9: Lesson 1 Reflection

1. Positive Statement

What are you most proud of in your Lesson 1 Presentation and why?

I am proud  of the fact that I was reading to go and that I knew all of my information. I consider myself very knowledgeable in my topic and I made good points.

2. Questions to Consider
       a.     What assessment would you give yourself on your Lesson 1 Presentation (self-assessment)?

                 I would give myself a P.

       b.     Explain why you deserve that grade using evidence from the Lesson 1 component contract.

I deserve  P because I met all of the criteria for a P. I had a prop (Adrians drawings), my
lesson plan was accurate and on time, and I turned in this on time. I gave examples of my                     research and I cited specific articles. Adrian was also my mentor ship reference.

3. What worked for you in your Lesson 1?

For my lesson one I think my information was good and I felt confident about what I was
            saying.

4.  (What didn't work) If you had a time machine, what would you have done differently to improve your Lesson 1?

If I could go back I would practice more. I had alot of information that I wanted to say but I feel like maybe I        was to detailed with certain things but not detailed enough in others. I would also make note cards to keep          me on track with the topics I want to cover.
